Vocal Workout: Balancing the Head

This week I have a vocal exercise routine for you to try. Check it out!

Video 1: Balancing the Head

I would like for us all to set an intention with singing this week: balancing the head. This is a key area to discover and hone in on with our instrument. When the head is in balance, it will release a lot of the muscles around the throat and neck, which is imperitive to be able to vocalize freely and grow the voice. In this video, I talk more about balancing the head on the A/O joint.

Alright, let’s work out our voices. In this video, I go through each exercise with explanation. I recommend starting here, especially if you’re a newer student of mine. Or, you can skip to the audio recordings below and flow with me.
